For your wedding our award winning Katers Restaurant will serve modern Australian cuisine highlighting the freshest produce from the NSW Southern Highlands region.
Each wedding menu presented by the hard working Kater’s executive chef Francois Razavet and his team focuses on consistency, attention to detail and innovation.
Your choices include a canapé menu, traditional three course menu and wedding buffet with a selection of salads, platters, hot dishes and desserts.
Each dish is a culinary creation with mains including the likes of mouth-watering duck leg confit with roasted chat potatoes, almonds and watercress salad topped with maple and orange sauce or the tenderest corn fed chicken with herb and mustard seed crushed potatoes, capsicum, mushroom and speck jus.
There will not be a single untouched plate with desserts such as red wine and spices poached pears with cinnamon crème fraiche and pistachio biscotti along with demi tasse of orange and lemongrass brulee, with apple and banana compote and pineapple beignet being served.
