Chopin and Champagne Soiree Weekend

Join us at Peppers Manor House for an intimate soiree-style weekend of classical music, focusing on the music of French-Polish composer
Frederic Chopin, performed by special guest local pianist and performer, Ambre Hammond. Set in our majestic Great Hall at 5pm on
Saturday evening, enjoy champagne and sweet canapés while Ambre treats you to her ‘Chopin and Champagne’ concert, part of a series that she has performed right around Australia highlighting Chopin and the composers who inspired him; Liszt, Beethoven, Debussy, Piazzola and Gershwin.

Your Chopin and Champagne Soiree weekend includes

- Chopin and Champagne Soiree performance with champagne and canapés on Saturday evening

Golf School At Manor House

Check in to the Southern Highlands to improve your golf with a three day golf school at Mt Broughton Golf & Country Club. Teaching professional Davyd Reeves will work with you on your swing, playing techniques, putting, chipping, plus Australian golfing legend Frank Phillips will be around for a Question and Answer session.

Your golf school includes:

• 3 nights accommodation at Peppers Manor House
• Full breakfast daily in Katers Restaurant
• 3 days golf school at the estate’s Mt Broughton Golf & Country Club
• 3 Morning teas at Mt Broughton Club House
• 3 Lunches at Mt Broughton Club House

Golf School Agenda:

Sunday (From 2pm)

• 18 holes of golf with cart
• Official introduction to the Golf school by teaching professional Davyd Reeves, followed by Q&A with Australian Golfing Legend Frank Phillips

Monday (9am-5pm)

• Initial full swing analysis, followed by fundamentals and error correction
• Range work on full swing
• Pitching and bunker analysis/coaching
• Golf on the championship course with instruction from your teaching professional

Tuesday (9am-5pm)

• Review of day one, followed by range work on full swing. Chipping review showing correct technique and principles
• Short game – putting and chipping analysis
• Golf on the championship course with instruction from your teaching professional

Wednesday (10.15am-4pm)

• 9 holes of golf with on course instruction from your teaching professional
• Golf School Classic – 9 hole competition
• Golf school wrap up and prize giving ceremony
