There’s something about vintage leisure pursuits that add charm to the occasion. Like badminton, croquet or boules in a green highlands garden, traditional High Tea on the verandah with all the trimmings, dinner in the award-winning Katers Restaurant, and a nightcap over a game of billiards. Curl up in front of the log fire in The Great Hall with a good book. It’s all so civilised! Best when accompanied with spa treatments at New Look Affinity in chic and relaxed modernity. Or a round of golf at the 18 hole championship course at Mt Broughton Golf and Country Club.
