From country retreats in the Hunter Valley to relaxing beachside resorts in Port Douglas and Kingscliff, each has its own individual charm and character yet is within easy reach of Australia and New Zealand’s major cities.

Our Peppers Retreats focus on the finer things in life, each set in a unique location, such as the remote and intimate Palm Bay in the Whitsundays and the picturesque Daylesford and Macedon Ranges in Victoria. Superb food and wine take centre stage at these properties as does an emphasis on indulgence.

You will find our Resorts in popular holiday destinations such as Airlie Beach on the Whitsundays mainland, Palm Cove in Tropical North Queensland and Queenstown on New Zealand’s South Island. The emphasis here is on leisure facilities such as golf courses, day spas, resort style pools, tennis courts and more while sharing the same dedication to you as our smaller Retreats. Our Resorts also encompass the heightened experience of the Balé Resorts. But of course, whichever property you choose, the real emphasis is on you.

Outstanding service is what our business has been built on, right from the day the first Peppers opened in 1984 in the Hunter Valley, NSW.
