On your wedding day gourmet cuisine created by our award winning Cotton’s Restaurant will tantalise tastebuds and leave a lasting impression.
Under the direction of Executive Chef Jack Astin, each innovative three course menu highlights the freshest produce South East Queensland Country has in season.
Your three course selection could include an entree of duck liver pate with a celeriac remoulade and a toasted brioche followed by a mouth-watering Black Angus eye fillet served atop a potato fondant with seasonal roast vegetables served with a red wine jus for main and for desert scrumptious local raspberries served a top of a frangipane tart with a mascarpone ice cream and thyme infused anglaise.
If you choose to host pre-dinner drinks we also offer a selection of cheese platters and canapé and beverage options include a classic or premium beverage package featuring a wide selection of Australian wines.
At Peppers Hidden Vale we also cater for your younger guests with main meal and deserts designed to satisfy a younger pallet. Our children’s meals include a main meal with one soft drink and desert.
