Peppers Guest House offers a selection of wedding packages to save you the worries of planning your reception. You may choose from one of the packages listed below, or alternatively build your own package with the assistance of our Wedding Coordinator. All of our packages are available in the Tallawanta Room for 60 – 120 people.

The Valley Package (Set Menu) - $125 pp

• Function room hire for 5 hours, including PA system
• Pre-dinner cold canapés
• Five (5) Hour Beverage Package including award-winning
• Hunter Valley Red, White and Sparkling Wines, domestic beers and soft drink(extra hour of beverage package $12.50pp)
• 3 course set menu, plus tea & coffee
• Parquetry dance floor
• Table candelabras
• Table linen & linen serviettes

The Pokolbin Package (Alternate Menu) - $135 pp

• Function Room hire for 5 hours, including PA system.
• Pre-dinner cold canapés
• Five (5) Hour Beverage Package including award-winning Hunter Valley Red, White and Sparkling Wines, domestic beers and soft drink (extra hour of beverage package $12.50pp)
• 3 course, 2 set menu on an alternative serve basis,
• plus tea & coffee
• Parquetry dance floor
• Table Candelabras
• Table linen and linen serviettes

The Peppers Package (Alternate Menu & Premium Beverages) - $140 pp

• Function room hire for 5 hours, including PA system
• Pre-dinner hot & cold canapés
• Five (5) Hour Beverage Package including award-winning Hunter Valley Red, White and Sparkling Wines, domestic beers and soft drink (extra hour of beverage package $17.50pp)
• 3 course, 2 choice menu on an alternate serve basis
• Tea & coffee served with chocolates & petit fours
• White linen chair covers

The Hunter Package (Four Course Set Menu & Premium Beverages) - $145 pp

• Function room hire for 5 hours, including PA system
• Pre-dinner hot & cold canapés
• Five (5) Hour Beverage Package including premium Hunter Valley Red, White and Sparkling Wines, domestic beers and soft drink (extra hour of beverage package $17.50pp)
• 3 course, 2 choice menu on an alternate serve basis
• Tea & coffee served with chocolates & petite fours
• Gourmet Hunter Valley Cheese Platter for each table
• White linen chair covers
