At Peppers Guest House, our award-winning restaurant, Chez Pok, presents menus for your wedding that offer regional flare using the freshest local produce.
You can choose from a selection of hot and cold canapé perfect as pre-dinner appetisers or served in abundance for a simple yet elegant cocktail style reception. Think of chilled oyster Bloody Mary shooters with fresh coriander followed by warm glazed cup mushrooms with lemon and pine nut breadcrumbs.
For banquet style receptions our gourmet three course dinner will leave a lasting impression. The aroma of pan-fried de-boned quail on braised green leeks with apple balsamic jus will fill the room before a main of charred Atlantic salmon with warm salad nicoise with creamy balsamic vinaigrette and saffron aioli is served. Desert could be a mouth-watering desert of white chocolate tiramisu mousse cake with espresso anglaise.
