Yoga and meditation sessions are held in the natural habitat (weather and time of day permitting) within the extensive grounds and gardens at Peppers Guest House.
How much or how little you choose to do is up to you. While not spending time on the mat in your favourite pose, indulge in a treatment in the day spa, and make full use of the guest house leisure facilities, or go exploring all that the Hunter Valley has to offer.

About Heidi Horne:
Heidi is passionate about yoga, the yoga lifestyle and believes yoga is for everyone. She embraces a holistic approach to wellbeing and exercise, and is qualified with Dip Yoga Teaching, Dip Aromatherapy, Dip Remedial Massage and Therapies. She has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years and has taught classes in Australia, England and Samoa. She believes that outer health and beauty is linked to a wholesome approach to food, mental wellbeing and exercise. Her classes are accessible to all participants from beginners to the more experienced. Heidi teaches privately as well as in a number of health centres on the northern beaches of Sydney.
Using Hatha asanas (poses) and incorporating a Vinyasa Flow style, the classes are perfect for those who want to get fit and toned with yoga, but also take time to nurture their body, mind and soul. Using a variety of flows, postures and teachings, the class will help you gain strength, flexibility, alignment, balance and calmness of mind. Incorporating breath with movement (vinyasa), the class also includes a guided relaxation.
Her classes are perfect for those leading busy and demanding lives. Tension and stress will be released, and you will feel like you have had a massage inside and out! Heidi's positive approach to yoga and natural therapies will have you feeling happier, healthier and more prepared to deal with your busy lifestyle.
