Chef Profile - Adam Turnbull
Peppers Guest House welcomes Adam Turball as their new Chef at the helm of their highly celebrated restaurant Chez Pok.
Adam brings 13 years of experience and knowledge to Chez Pok from some of Sydney's and the Central Coast's best kitchens, where he was training under the likes of Nathan Tillott, Tony Bilson and Darren Vaughan or leading a successful team at Cruise Restaurant, Onda & Pink Salt. Adam's food is thoughtful, whimsical, fun and approachable, he has a keen eye for detail and a large understand of the importance of consistency. He will look to purchase as much produce as possible from local suppliers but at the same time he is just as happy to support other regional growers if the produce he requires is not locally available. For Adam and his team the future starts with revitalising the kitchen garden, fruit orchard and hen yard that are preexisting features on the beautiful Peppers Guest House ground.
