Chez Pok

Chez Pok showcases the best produce from the Hunter Valley region. Rustic French influences in the restaurant blend with a fresh, seasonal menu, ensuring a delightful dining experience. High Tea

With three menus to choose from, High Tea at Peppers Guest House is perfect for a special celebration or a catch up with the ladies. Warm scones with fresh cream, macaroons, delicious teas and savoury finger sandwiches are just part of the classic line-up.

Chef profile - Adam Turnbull

Adam Turnbull is the Chef at the helm of the highly celebrated restaurant Chez Pok.

Adam brings 13 years of experience and knowledge to Chez Pok from some of the best kitchens in Sydney and the Central Coast. Adam trained with Nathan Tillott, Tony Bilson and Darren Vaughan. He led a successful team at Cruise Restaurant, Onda, and Pink Salt.

Adam's food is thoughtful, whimsical, fun and approachable. He has a keen eye for detail and understands the importance of consistency. Adam purchases as much produce as possible from local suppliers while supporting other regional growers if the produce is not locally available. Adam and the team will be revitalising the kitchen garden, fruit orchard and hen yard, all part of the beautiful Peppers Guest House grounds.
