John Edwards brings his rich background of French and Spanish cooking to design what he feels is a heart warming selection of food that can be enjoyed at any time of day. Born in New Zealand, John has an impressive career history under his chef's hat, having worked in fine dining establishments such as Casa del Rio Melaka in Malaysia, Logan Brown restaurant in Wellington, New Zealand and the popular Urban Bistro in Adelaide. Through a combination of classic French cooking fundamentals and local produce, John’s aim is to continue creating a dining experience appealing to locals and visitors alike with honesty and elegance to the dishes served.
