One of the pleasures of staying at Peppers Guest House is the inspiring cuisine of the acclaimed Chez Pok.

Chez Pok offers an intimate fine dining experience in a warm, relaxed atmosphere perfect for hosting your conference group and guaranteed to provide a memorable dining experience. Other dining options for groups include private dinners in the guest lounge which features a sandstone fireplace, gourmet barbeques in our outdoor barbeque area with rustic country tables or presentation dinners in our conference and meeting rooms.

Themed Dinner

Complete your conference with a unique dining experience incorporating staging, decorations, and fine food and wine to compliment the theme - ranging from Gilligan's Island to Rumble in the Jungle, a Medieval banquet, M.A.S.H and Top Gun. Or we can create something to suit the theme of your conference or event. 

Winemakers Dinner

Enjoy your own private winemaker dinner where you’ll enjoy the tastes of the local region. Paired with the taste of Peppers, you are sure to enjoy the match of good food and wine. Ask your conference co-ordinator for more details.

Dine in the Vines

Peppers Guest House invites you to host an outdoor dining extravaganza for your delegates. Complete with candelabra lit tables, the warm end of summer breeze and the taste of local produce, Vine and Dine has become a hallmark event on the Hunter Valley calendar.

Our award winning restaurant, Chez Pok will create a temporary outdoor kitchen, showcasing the outstanding food and wine of the Hunter region, at Audrey Wilkinson winery for a unique alfresco dining experience. Should it be too cool to hold the evening outside we can simply move the evening into their magnificent building.


Our Chefs will prepare a stunning three course menu using fresh local produce. The menu changes weekly to take advantage of local seasonal fruit and vegetables. Vine and Dine Package includes:

  • Welcome drink and canapés on arrival
  • Three course gourmet dinner
  • Return transfers from Peppers Guest House (10 minute drive) 
  • $95.00 per person

Wines are provided by Audrey Wilkinson at their Club prices and are matched to the menu (starting from $20.00 per bottle). There is also a $10.00 per person venue hire surcharge. Minimum group size 20, maximum 80.
