The Peppers Marketing Department recently experienced the Tweed Coast local food and wine trail firsthand when visiting Peppers Salt Resort & Spa, with activities including a local trail concept cooking demo. Utilising mouth-watering local fruits, vegetables, and cheeses paired with a wine tasting class presented by Jason Froman from Witches Falls Winery, Season showcased a myriad of fresh produce including their signature Chillingham finger limes.
As well as a delicious lunch following the wine tasting, the team had yet another feast for the senses with a six-course degustation dinner created by Chef Reuben, highlighting the Tweed Coast regional produce with wines supplied by Fine Wine Partners.
