Celebrating the MasterChef Peppers partnership, Peppers Salt Resort & Spa warmly invited guests to attend the essential culinary event for 2011 at Season restaurant.
MasterChef Series 2 winner, Adam Liaw, worked with Season's very own Executive Chef Reuben Radonich to create a degustation menu showcasing the region's most succulent seafood and freshest local produce with an Asian twist.
The evening began with pre-dinner drinks and canapés at Season, followed by witnessing first-hand the culinary skill MasterChef demands of its winners. The night also included a four-course degustation dinner with perfectly matched wines and a MasterChef Series 2 cookbook to take home, including recipes by Adam Liaw.
