The Peppers Gourmet Food Trail launched in August 2012 continues to wind its way down Australia’s east coast with a new ‘Wine Wars’ series of events promoting healthy regional rivalry and the celebration of fine food and wine.

22 – 24 June 2013 : Join us at Peppers Cradle Mountain Lodge, one of Tasmania’s iconic experiences, as we celebrate the 19th year of Tasmania’s premier culinary event ‘Tastings at the Top’. A gourmet extravaganza rated among the countries best food and wine experiences; a 3-day festival celebrating the finer things in life.

30 May 2013 : Join the Belle team for a very special dinner and discussion between art expert Michael Reid and acclaimed artist Joshua Yeldham at Peppers Mineral Springs Retreat, Daylesford.

15 – 16 February 2013: From its passion infused beginnings, the restaurant at Peppers Guest House was intended as a meeting place for the flavours and the people of the Pokolbin region and visitors to the Hunter. In recognition of the significance of its location on the Gourmet Food Trail, we’ve created a unique weekend of celebrations centred on the site of the first Peppers, with options to come explore the Hunter with us.

Peppers Retreats in the Southern Highlands treated guests to a unique immersion into their ‘Gourmet Food Trail’ of fine produce and cool climate wines over a weekend in August.
