Peppers Retreats in the Southern Highlands treated guests to a unique immersion into their ‘Gourmet Food Trail’ of fine produce and cool climate wines over the weekend (17 and 18 August).
Peppers Manor House and Peppers Craigieburn guests were given the opportunity to not only taste the Southern Highland’s finest seasonal produce, but to really experience the journey of the food, from the paddock to the plate with a ‘Evening of Grazing Delights’ with local producers at Peppers Craigieburn on Friday evening, a food trail tour of local farms on Saturday and a five-course degustation dinner, matched with wines by special guest host Nick Stock*, at Peppers Manor House on Saturday evening.
