Peppers Salt Resort & Spa’s Taste of MasterChef event with Series 2’s Adam Liaw has experienced an overwhelming response, selling out two weeks prior to the event! The team at Peppers Salt Resort & Spa are now compiling a waitlist for future events.
If the television screen is as close as you've ever come to the divine tastes of MasterChef, Peppers is giving you an incredible opportunity to personally savour the real flavours from last year’s winner of the smash hit series, Adam Liaw.
Thanks to an exclusive new partnership between MasterChef Australia and Peppers Retreats, Resorts and Hotels, the show's Series 2 winner Adam Liaw will cook up a divine degustation menu at the stylish Season restaurant at Peppers Salt Resort & Spa, Kingscliff.
Adam will join with Season's renowned Executive Chef Reuben Radonich on Friday, June 10, for the 'A Taste of MasterChef' culinary celebration of a four-course degustation dinner showcasing the Northern New South Wales region's most succulent seafood and freshest local produce.
The menu will feature an Asian twist of course, considering Adam's dream is to run his own Asian-inspired pub with a casual restaurant and his current cookbook project ‘Two Asian Kitchens’, which has a fusion of Asian and Australian recipes.
Combined with perfectly matched wines, this $130 per person event of extreme cuisine will be one evening you won't want to miss, beginning with pre-dinner drinks and canapés at Season, followed by witnessing first-hand the dedication and skill that a true MasterChef possesses.
A Taste of MasterChef guests will also receive a complimentary copy of their very own MasterChef Series 2 cookbook, which includes creations of Adam's own making, and may consider making a night of it with a stay at Peppers Salt Resort & Spa or the nearby beachfront haven of Peppers Balé Salt.
The next event to be highlighted is the Peppers Southern Highlands MasterChef degustation event on 25 June, featuring Justine Schofield from Series 1 of MasterChef. Tickets have now gone on sale.
