Adam Liaw and renowned Lime & Pepper Executive Chef Jira Chanta, will prepare a five course degustation dinner with matching wines, in celebration of fresh tropical produce with an Asian twist. Adding to the unique nature of this evening, dinner will be served around the splendour of Peppers Beach Club & Spa’s lagoon pool.
Adam Liaw will personally introduce you to the ingredients and cooking method of the dishes before you taste. Each course will also be accompanied by exquisite matching wines to complement the occasion.
