Peppers ‘In Season’ degustation dinner in association with Gourmet Traveller, hosted by Nick Stock from Gourmet Traveller WINE.
Peppers Anchorage Executive Chef Luke Carpenter will present the signature boardwalk degustation menu to guests seated on a shared table. Wines will be matched to each dish by wine expert, Nick Stock, who will engage and entertain guests with his experience and expertise.
Sunday 7th October
Produce Market Breakfast
On Sunday morning enjoy a fresh produce market and breakfast at Merretts Restaurant. Local produce suppliers will showcase their homegrown creations on stalls filled with baskets and crates of fresh fruits, vegetables and cuts of meat. Executive Chef Luke Carpenter will host the breakfast, providing suggestions for incorporating the produce into recipes.
