After a sumptuous breakfast the following morning at Merretts Restaurant, the resort’s newly refurbished restaurant, guests were encouraged to make good use of their regional food trail map and embarked on a self drive tour to experience some of the regions fine fare.

On Saturday evening, guests savoured Peppers Anchorage’s signature degustation menu designed by Executive Chef Luke Carpenter held on the boardwalk of the resort marina. The six-course ‘Peppers In Season Degustation Dinner’ featured an array of fresh local seafood, matched with wines by special guest host Nick Stock.

To complete their ultimate foodie weekend away, guests enjoyed a ‘Produce Market Breakfast’ at Merretts Restaurant on Sunday morning.
