Please join us for a MasterChef infusion of superb local produce with the passionate food creations of MasterChef Series 1 top four contestant, Justine Schofield.

We can’t tell you what Justine has in store for you, but she will be teaming up with Peppers Craigieburn Chef Warrick Brook (seasonal produce champion) and Peppers Manor House Chef Francois Razavet - that's two passionate French cooks in the kitchen. Expect only the finest ingredients locally sourced, with mushrooms, truffles and meats being popular Highland winter favourites.

In the true style of MasterChef we’re bringing these three renowned and respected individuals together for what will surely be a great dining experience, with an exclusive five-course degustation menu designed by Justine and award winning wines to match from the Southern Highlands region.

As a prelude to each dish, Schofield, Razavet and Brook will be discussing the ingredients and method of cooking with you.
