Join us for a MasterChef canapés and cocktail event at Peppers Beach Club, Port Douglas located in Tropical Queensland.  The evening will feature an infusion of superb local produce and tantalising cocktails, alongside the stunning lagoon pool.

The experience begins on arrival with canapés on the poolside terrace, prepared in front of your very eyes by Sublime Bar and Grill’s award winning Executive Chef, Dennis Ris.

Executive Chef Dennis Ris will be on hand to personally talk through the exquisite ingredients of this unforgettable night, featuring seasonal local produce from the tropical north. He will also demonstrate how to transform your own attempts at cooking into innovative dishes that excite the palette, by preparing one of the canapés in front of your eyes.

Then it’s onto a variety of MasterChef inspired activities, including a taste test challenge, trivia and much more. Got a nose for ingredients? Those with the highest scores will have the chance to walk away with a MasterChef Volume 2 cookbook, a MasterChef apron or a degustation dinner for two at Sublime Bar and Grill – just to name a few.
