Havoc occasionally happens, and so 'Havoc Pork' was born. Like when the piglets get drunk onripe cherry plums (despite all the efforts to keep them away), or when the sow decides to furrow in an unusual place. Ian and Linda Cagogan are affectionately known as Lord and Lady Havoc. Ian wouldn't feed his pigs anything he wouldn't eat himself, and he transports his pigs in the one and only 'Havoc Hog Hauler'. That's just the charm of Havoc Pork – a supreme winner of the 2011 Cuisine Artistan Awards.
AS A PEPPERS GUEST: You will enjoy Havoc Pork salami on the welcome tasting plate as part of the Gourmet Food Trail package or slow braised main at Rakinui Restaurant.
