Visit the local Farmers Market on Saturday morning hosted by our Executive Chef, followed by a tour of Peppers Mineral Springs Retreats Birch Estate farm where you will feed the cattle and sheep.

Peppers Mineral Springs Retreat's Executive Chef will present a degustation dinner at The Argus Dining Room, showcasing the fine regional produce. Wines will be matched to each dish by wine expert, Nick Stock, who will engage and entertain guests with his experience and expertise.
