The team at Peppers Craigieburn invites you to join them for an exclusive 5-course MasterChef degustation dinner infused with superb local produce.

On arrival the experience begins with a welcome drink in Montfort's Lounge and Bar. Then its into the Dining Room for an exquisite dinner, MasterChef style, with 4 of the courses matched with Southern Highland wines by our special guest winemaker from neighbouring Centennial Vineyards.

Locally renowned Executive Chef Warrick Brook will be designing and creating an outstanding degustation menu for you, featuring seasonal local produce from the region and inspired by recipes from the MasterChef Volume 2 Cookbook. Warrick will introduce the menu at the beginning of the evening and will be available to meet with you personally to discuss each course at the end of the night.
