The Hunter Valley is one of Australia’s best wine and food-producing regions. It’s the perfect stage to bring five of its best chefs together as our guests in the kitchen of Restaurant Sanctuary. Each will be asked to prepare their signature dish as part of an inspired 5-course degustation. Every course will be the best example of how to cook Hunter produce.
The Restaurant Sanctuary team will introduce your Chefs and their dishes, while guest winemaker Jeff Byrne of Audrey Wilkinson Vineyard will be matching regional wine to seasonal food.
