Wine appreciation

Provide an opportunity for your group to loosen up and take a break from their conference schedule by offering a 1 ½ - 2 hour wine tasting and appreciation session for a minimum of 6 persons, which will provide your group with an introduction to principal varietal wines produced in the Southern Highlands Region. On arrival you will be served a glass of sparkling wine and an opportunity to learn about the characteristics of a variety of the region’s best wines whilst also gaining insight into how to get the most out of tasting wine.

Red Cow Farm (offsite activity)

Red Cow Farm is a unique cool-climate garden set on 2.5 hectares in the picturesque rural village of Sutton Forest and is one of the leading gardens in the Southern Highlands. The Garden has 20 garden rooms featuring an exuberant cottage garden, monastery garden, abbess garden as well as many others.

Food & wine sensation (offsite activity)

Have a conference to remember with a three course hands on or demonstration, cooking class and local wine tasting activity. Held at a local award winning winery, participants get to enjoy the food that they have prepared which is matched with a glass of wine per course.  The four hour experience includes food, a glass of wine with each course and wine tasting and a Peppers apron for each delegate to take home. Additional wines can be purchased.

Wine tasting & tour (offsite activity)

Visit Centennial Vineyards, Bowral (two minutes from Peppers Craigieburn) or The Southern Highlands Winery, Sutton Forest (opposite Peppers Manor House) and experience wine tasting, cheese and local olives platter for a group of 15 or more.

Located in Moss Vale, enjoy wine tasting and a light 2 course lunch with a glass of wine.
