Hotel rooms and facilities were exceptional. Room spa was huge in the 1 beroom apartment. The room service food was of a poor quality and the breakfast service was very slow. 20 minutes just to get an orange and apple juice and 45 minutes for our food to arrive.

This time we only could stay one night, but how special were we made! It was my wife's birthday and the staff couldn't do enough any more to make it so special. Amazing location, amazing dinner with personal service. We will be back!!!

The staff were fantastic, couldnt fault them. Resort was wonderful, I would suggest a Endota spa menu in the room.

Our family had a Magical Christmas this year staying at Peppers. We all soaked up the stunning views and swam in the crystal clear resort pool. Our parents were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite which they simply adored. At the end of our stay we all agreed that we didn't want to go home.

Our stay at your Peppers Resort was by far, one of the best experiences we have had at a resort. We enjoyed it so much, when next travelling in Australia; we plan to stay at a Peppers Resort. We are currently organising our honeymoon, and we plan for part of our trip in Port Douglas to be at one of your resorts. The resort itself was fabulous, very clean, new, fresh, beautiful to look at, and the service at a very high standard. Our Christmas dinner at your Tides restaurant was definitely a memorable one, food was wonderful, and our attendant was an absolute pleasure.
