Set within a sanctuary of tranquil rainforest within the Byron Hinterland on the northern coast of New South Wales, Peppers Coorabell Retreat offers a secluded and intimate setting perfect for wedding celebrations.

Located one hour south of the Gold Coast and two hours south of Brisbane, our recently refurbished retreat can cater for small intimate celebrations to larger opulent affairs for up to 100 seated guests.

Within the beautiful grounds of Peppers Coorabell Retreat there are a number of ceremony and reception venues to choose from. For your ceremony you can choose to exchange your vows alongside the trickling Wilson Creek amongst the age old trees or on our open air timber platform overlooking the creek and surrounding rainforest.

For your reception we offer our onsite restaurant, Wilson’s by the Creek featuring a high pitched roof and stunning panoramic hinterland views. Alternatively we can also erect a Marquee on our back lawn alongside Wilson Creek and looking back to the retreat.

The talented and experienced team at Wilson’s by the Creek will create exquisite modern Australian creations for your wedding reception.  Showcasing the best produce form the Byron Bay region, there are a variety of menu choices including buffet, cocktail and two and three course plated options. We can also tailor a menu to suit your own personal taste and offer menu tasting to ensure you make the right decision for your special day. To accompany your cuisine, we offer three beverage packages.

At Peppers Coorabell Retreat we believe your most important day deserves the most professional planning and guidance and to ensure this we offer you the services of our experienced onsite wedding coordinator. From your celebrant and photographer to music and flowers we will draw on our experience and suppliers to ensure your special day comes together seamlessly.

To ensure the privacy and the intimacy you deserve, it is required our retreat is booked for exclusive use and can accommodate 70 of your guests on the night of your wedding. For you and your guests we can arrange special accommodation packages in our recently refurbished Rainforest and Hinterland View Suites including breakfast the following morning.
