At the centre of Peppers Coorabell Retreat lies our signature onsite restaurant, Wilson’s by the Creek.
Offering beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding hinterland and rainforest, Wilson’s by the Creek boasts a high pitched ceiling and spacious surrounds setting a tranquil dining atmosphere that continues out onto the balcony, the perfect dining setting during the warmer months.
In the tradition of Peppers’ reputation for gourmet food and wine, Wilson’s by the Creek serves exquisite modern Australian cuisine under the direction of Head Chef, Michelle Hewitt.
The menu is created daily using the freshest local produce available in the Byron Bay region and most fresh herbs together with many fruits are grown on the property.
Wilson’s by the Creek is fully licensed and open daily for continental breakfast and dinner daily for in-house guests only. Wheelchair access is also available. Wilson’s on the Creek is also available for small groups and events.
