Set within the natural beauty of the lush rainforest of the Byron Bay Hinterland on the north coast of New South Wales, Peppers Coorabell Retreat delivers a relaxed and tranquil conference or meeting venue removed from the all the distractions of modern life.

Located just an hour south of Gold Coast Airport and two hours south of Brisbane’s Domestic and International Airports, Peppers Coorabell Retreat is the ideal location for small company conferences, intimate events, executive board meetings, corporate retreats and incentives, team building seminars and workshops for up to 70 delegates.

Onsite there are a number of venues to choose from depending on your group size and requirements. For larger groups, our onsite restaurant, Wilson’s by the Creek can cater for up to 80 delegates theatre style or banquet style while the bordering verandah to the restaurant offers a more intimate and informal atmosphere perfect for up to 18 delegates. For smaller meetings again one of the interconnecting suites may also be suitable.

Gourmet food and memorable dining experiences are an integral part of the Byron Bay conference experience at Peppers Coorabell Retreat. Our onsite restaurant, Wilson’s by the Creek will treat both you and your delegates to modern Australian cuisine featuring the freshest produce from the region throughout your stay. Full day and half day delegate packages are available for conferencing groups and of an evening you can treat your delegates to a formal gala themed dinner or for something more informal choose to host a barbeque or buffet dinner on the verandah or by the pool.

The vast grounds surrounding Peppers Coorabell Retreat offer an abundance of experiences for conference groups. Whether a teambuilding exercise is what you have in mind or a memorable Byron Bay experience such whale watching or hang gliding, we can assist you in making the right choice.

At Peppers Coorabell Retreat we can cater for up to 70 delegates onsite within our selection of 18 recently refurbished Hinterland View and Rainforest Suites. Each suite boast its own deck or balcony overlooking the rainforest or surrounding countryside.
