Cascades Restaurant offers a contemporary Australian menu featuring the freshest ingredients and some of the best cuisine you'll find in Tropical North Queensland.
Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 7.00am until 11.00a. The continental buffet has a variety of healthy and low fat options. Alternatively, you may choose to indulge in one of our hot a la carte options.
Lunch is served either poolside on the beach, on the cafe terrace or in the restaurant between 12.00pm and 4.00pm daily.
Dinner is served nightly at Cascades Restaurant, located on the lower level with reservations starting from 6.00pm to 8.30pm. Please liaise with our food and beverage staff to arrange your everning dinner reservation.
Beachside BBQ is served every Wednesday in an intimate setting around the Cafe Terrace poolside.
Cascades fully licensed bar is open daily from 10.00am until late. Come in and try one of our many delightful beverages or simply relax by the beach pool and have your beverage delivered to your sunlounge.
Candlelit dinners can be arranged on your private balcony. Please contact our restaurant to organise a romantic candlelit dinner during your stay.
Dietary requirements. Vegetarian, low fat and gluten-free dishes are available.
Barbeque packs. Create your own dinner by selecting from a choice of delectable options. Details available inroom.
