Executive Chef, Emerson Rogriguez, has a wealth of experience and is passionate about Australian regional cuisine. The seasonal menus are a direct reflection of Chez Pok's regional surrounds – supporting the local market is very important to the team, not only as a valuable source of fresh products, but also to ensure a true Hunter flavour. Emerson and his team pride themselves on creating dishes with an emphasis on simplicity, using ingredients from an organic herb garden and orchard planted at Peppers Guest House to supply fresh produce direct to Chez Pok's kitchens. |
