Peppers gift vouchers are valid at participating Retreats, Resorts and Hotels in Australia or New Zealand and can be used for accommodation at all Peppers properties. Please choose between our Australian or New Zealand vouchers. An Australian voucher can be redeemed at our Australian properties only, and a New Zealand voucher redeemed at our New Zealand properties only. All vouchers are valid for 12 months. Vouchers may be purchased for any amount over $50.

How do I order a gift voucher?
Please click on button "Buy Australian Voucher" or "Buy New Zealand Voucher", on the right of this page.
Decide whether you would like to give an email voucher or postal voucher.
If you order an e-mail voucher the voucher will be sent by e-mail to the recipient on the day you specify. To use this voucher, all the recipient needs to do is to print it out. A delivery fee of AUD $2.75 (inclusive of GST) applies.
If you order a postal voucher then the recipient will be sent a gift voucher in the form of a plastic card presented in an attractive wallet. Postal gift vouchers will be sent by standard mail through Australia Post. Allow at least 3-5 working days for deliveries to metropolitan areas, and a few more days for regional and other areas. A postage and handling fee of AUD $4.95 (inclusive of GST) applies.

I've received a gift voucher. How do I use the card?
To use your voucher, contact the Peppers property of your choice and advise that you would like to book using a gift voucher. Bookings must be made in advance of your stay directly with the property (and not via a third party supplier or third party website). Bookings are subject to availability and minimum stays may apply.. You will need to quote the voucher number while making the booking. The voucher and wallet must be presented at the time of check-in.
